Commissioning Management

Commissioning is a quality-oriented Project Management process of planning, documenting, scheduling,
testing, adjusting verifying and Training to provide a facility that operates as a fully functional system per
the client projects requirements.

Healthcare commissioning is considered to be a complex, lengthy, and huge undertaking that involves
multiple stakeholders and a plethora of resources.
Hospitals / Healthcare facilities are complex and dynamic environments that are comprised of multiple
clinical microsystems. In order to bring a hospital / healthcare facility to life and to ensure that the clinical
microsystems function as seamlessly as possible, it must be commissioned using a systematic and structured approach.

The goal of the Commissioning Process is to enhance the quality of the delivered project and have the
smooth transition from construction contractor to proceed with safe clinical operations of the facility.
Commissioning Process helps to achieve all of the goals through review of design documents, construction
installation, contracts, Overall project Monitoring and Control, Operations management.
Commissioning activities, in the broader sense, are applicable to all phases of the project, from the basic and detailed design, procurement, construction, assembly, until the final handover of the facility to the owner, including Safe Clinical Operational Readiness Evaluation, Soft Opening and Smooth Operation of the
facility.
