Mission and Vision of the hospital / client - Development of Operational Excellence Manuals including,
policies & procedures, Job descriptions, Work load analysis,
Manpower needs assessment, Balance scorecards, scope of
departments, guidelines and protocols for all departments of
the hospital according to National and International Standards
to fulfill requirement for accreditation (CBAHI, NABAH,
JCIA, ISO, CAP, ECRI, CIPS, LEED etc…) - Developing strategic plan for organizational management that
involves in making decisions, setting priorities, strengthen
operations and focusing energy and resources to their best
utilization. - We facilitate the strategy review sessions where performance
gaps and issues are identified and analyzed. - Analyze the impact of strategic changes
- Define and Design performance and Result indicators
- Provides process re-engineering and mapping services

- Committees management to ensure formation of hospital wide committees which provides structured and standardized frame work for leadership and staff to communication and work collaboration
- Monitoring and Coordinating with Quality Improvement department on patient flow issues as well as JCI accreditation preparation
- Establish and develop the organization structure for the hospital
- Manages and over sees all the operations for Hospital facility, Research Center, Simulation center
- Development of a production based staffing models (organization structure), implementation of a position review committee for all positions (new or replacement)
- Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment, high quality patient care and excellent patient service
Quality Management
Definition: “A planned, systematic, and organization-wide approach to monitor, analyze, and improve the organizational performance; thereby continually improving the quality of care and services provided”
Quality Management (QM) includes efforts to develop and maintain programs to keep it at an acceptable level (quality planning and control) and to institute improvements when the opportunity arises or the care does not meet standards (quality improvement).
